Spaces is on the Mezzanine Floor, C-10, Block 4, Federal B Area, Karachi. It is a short drive from Gulberg, North Nazimabad, Nazimabad, Liaquatabad and most of Karachi Central, and there is parking on the street outside. Look for the Brue & Spaces sign at the entrance.
At Spaces a flexible hot desk is Rs 15,500 a month, a dedicated desk is Rs 17,500, a personal desk with extra privacy is Rs 20,000, and a dedicated desk across both day and night shifts is Rs 24,000. Private rooms for teams start at Rs 18,500 per person per month. There is no joining fee.
Yes. A day pass is Rs 1,500 per person and a weekly pass is Rs 5,000. A private room for the day is Rs 6,500, and the meeting room is Rs 1,500 an hour. No membership or commitment is needed for any of these.
The morning shift runs Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:30pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 4:30pm. There is also a night shift from 9:00pm to 6:00am, Monday to Friday, available on the Flexible Desk and Dedicated Plus memberships.
Yes. We have furnished private rooms for teams from four people up to eleven, starting at Rs 18,500 per person per month. Each room is move-in ready with internet, backup power, reception support and meeting room access.
Yes. The whole floor runs on backup power so work continues during load shedding, and there is high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, along with printing and photocopying at reception.
